Two men allegedly caught selling fake merchandise at a Pink concert last month failed to appear in Wollongong Local Court yesterday.
Mark Alan Comfort, 45, from the United States, and Paul Cadman, 53, from Victoria, allegedly sold the fake goods on August 23 at WIN Entertainment Centre.
They were due to face one charge each of selling fake goods and two charges of having goods suspected of being unlawfully obtained.
Comfort was found guilty in his absence and fined $1200 plus costs of $73.
Cadman had sent a written request for an adjournment. His matter was adjourned until September 29.
