   large black band looks like a form of back support or wrap and/or neoprene band for healing or warm ups, perhaps Pink was carrying an injury?

   I think the “black belt” is one of those tummy trim belts, also known for posture.

   pinks posture actually looks very good, its probably for injury prevention or warmup or, but she did also get a back injury on IND tour according to Carey

   and a large band and injury wrap made from neoprene will retain body heat and promote circulation and healing, and some may also provide some support (lycra doesnt do that as well)
