Pink looked hotter than ever in her nude sparkly Bob Mackie bodysuit as she performed “Glitter in the Air” at the Grammys Sunday in L.A.
22 pics! See what ALL the stars wore to the Grammys
Her first post-award show plan?
“I’m going to go home and cook and get fat,” she joked to UsMagazine.com backstage after her daredevil act, in which she (and the stars sitting below her, including Jay-Z) was drenched with water.
The singer, 30 — who lost Best Female Pop Vocal Performance to Beyonce — added on Twitter, “Well kids, I lost. But I really won:) I made my point:) thanks for all your love and support. Truly. Now I’m going to eat!!! A LOT Of FOOD.”
Check out the skimpiest styles in Grammy history
Pink also revealed she had a scare during her act at the awards show.
“When I do it in the arena, I don’t have lights above me, and tonight there were lights above me — so it almost went into a strobe thing, and I actually did get a little bit turned around,” she told Us.
“I thought I was gonna fall on my nude butt,” Pink added to USA Today.
Pink swore she was singing live while dangling from a silk rope. “No one ever has an excuse to lip sync!” she told Us.
Pink also poked fun at her multi-toned Tony Ward haute couture gown.
See Grammys’ worst-dressed stars
“It’s a lot of dress!” she told Us. “I had a theme, though, tonight. It was like, mermaid, because it’s all about water tonight. My husband [Carey Hart] is on dress patrol! I think I’ve been stepped on, like, six times!”

…
More than 75 mega-stars gathered Monday to re-record the 1985 charity anthem “We are the World” in the same Hollywood recording studio where the original was cut 25 years ago.
Pink, Celine Dion, Natalie Cole, the Jonas Brothers, Kanye West, Tony Bennett, Jennifer Hudson, Akon and other musical luminaries stood shoulder to shoulder on risers at Henson Recording studios, singing their hearts out and hoping to help Haiti.
At one point during the session, the musicians broke out into an a cappella version of the pop classic “Lean on Me.”

Pink Had The Best Grammy Performance, Readers Say

…
But who was the favorite among the night’s many highlights? Earlier Monday (February 1), we posed that question on the MTV Newsroom blog. More than 6,300 fans voted, and while the results are not exactly scientific, it does paint a picture of what people got excited about last night.
Pink leads the pack with 33 percent of the vote. It’s easy to see why, as her acrobatic performance of “Glitter in the Air” was not only visually gorgeous, but also technically impressive — she was able to keep singing even as she was spinning around in the air.
“All the ladies did well, but one performer stood out the most. That was Pink,” commenter Nicole noted on the post. “It was the most magical, simple yet amazing performance I have ever seen. She stole the show.”

If you found yourself getting dizzy watching Pink’s astonishing aerial acrobatics on Sunday night’s 2010 Grammy Awards, you weren’t alone.
The singer herself was a bit disoriented by the end.
“When I do it [on tour], I don’t have lights above me,” she said of the act, in which she spins from silk drapes while suspended in the air. “Tonight, there were lights above me, so it almost went into a strobe thing, and I actually did get a little turned around.”
As she was lowered to the ground, “I thought … I was going to fall on my nude butt,” she admitted. “But I worked it out.”
As if the acrobatics weren’t impressive enough, the 30-year-old singer also belted out “Glitter in the Air” from her album Funhouse while in full spin. “I would say that no one ever has another excuse to lip sync,” she joked.
Pink – nominated for best female pop vocal performance (for “Sober”) and best pop vocal album (for Funhouse) – was accompanied to the show by husband Carey Hart. Asked if the pair – who split for a time but reconciled – were planning to renew their vows, she joked: “We never really got divorced. We really hate paperwork.”
On a more serious note, she added: “Everything is really wonderful. It’s full circle. My muse for my nominations is here tonight, and it’s pretty funny. He’s hot.”

Pink brought the circus to her Grammy Awards 2010 performance. At first, she walked on stage and wore a silky white robe that covered her head to toe.
Singing ‘Glitter in the Air’ from her Funhouse album, Pink suddenly dropped the robe to reveal a sheer bodysuit, climbed onto a white sheet and was lifted into the air. High above the stage, she spun in circles and continued to sing as water began to pour from above. The song wrapped with Pink spinning upside down and soaking wet.
