LOS ANGELES, Calif. –
Pink won’t be raising her glass anytime soon. Well, at least not for the next six or so months.
The fun-loving singer-songwriter, who is a little over three months pregnant with her first child, recently dished on her pregnancy with Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush — including those famous pre-baby cravings and mood swings.
“I’ve always had a really, really close relationship with all kinds of food, so I’m good there,” Pink told Billy of her must-have foods, in a recent interview for The Billy Bush Show. “Sour Patch Kids, or Sour Skittles, sour anything.
“Maybe that’s a testament to myself,” she joked.
While she may not have fallen victim to the common cravings, the “Stupid Girls” singer admits that her temper has become a tad bit touchy due to her changing hormones.
“I got into a fight at Bed Bath and Beyond,” Pink told Billy. “I have the rage!
“There was this man, and he was very rude. Something about Bed Bath and Beyond brings out the worst in people,” she joked. “This man wanted a parking spot and he honked at me and he was literally an inch from my ear drum… I [went over to his car] and he acted like he couldn’t see me, and then he acted like he couldn’t speak any English.”
“Did he realize – did you see, ‘He knows that I am the Pinkster?’” Billy asked.
“I think he realized I was going to kill him!” Pink laughed. “And the poor bag boy [who] was helping me with my stuff wanted to be invisible.”
As for whether her maternal mood swings are heating things up in her relationship with her husband, motocross racer Carey Hart, the chart-topping star said it depends on the day.
“My wife’s been pregnant three times [and] each baby is different. Sometimes she’s extra frisky, sometimes she’s like, ‘Get the heck outta my life, go away from me!’ Where are you?” Billy asked.
“I don’t really know where I’m at,” Pink told Billy. “It changes hourly.”
“Oh dear… So [Carey’s] got a whole can of crazy on his hands?” Billy asked.
“Oh yeah, a can and a half!” Pink answered.
The 31-year-old mother-to-be, who recently released a compilation album on November 15 (“Greatest Hits… So Far!!!”), and is fresh off her energetic performance at the 2010 American Music Awards, told Billy that her next endeavor will soon be enjoying some hard-earned downtime.
“I’m going to shoot a video in a week or two, and then I’m honestly going to take my first break since before I signed my record deal!” she told Billy.
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Pink confirmed her pregnancy on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on November 15.
“I’m eating for two these days,” Pink told Ellen at the time, providing her first confirmation that she is pregnant.
The singer went on to explain why she was hesitant to confirm her pregnancy news, despite the speculation in the media.
Just like many women, including pop star Mariah Carey (who also recently announced that she’s pregnant), Pink revealed that, at one point, she tragically suffered a miscarriage.
“I didn’t want to talk about it because I was just really nervous and I have had a miscarriage before,” she told Ellen.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. –
Pink is head over heels for her husband, motocross racer Carey Hart.
The spirited singer, who is a little over three months pregnant, told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush that the father of her growing baby definitely knows how to take care of her in her new, more sensitive state.
“Carey brings me breakfast in bed… counting the days until that goes away, but it’s been good,” Pink told Billy, in a recent interview for “The Billy Bush Show.” “Did you see him on [the 2010 American Music Awards] red carpet? God, he looked so good.
“He’s so handsome,” she added.
According to the superstar performer, Carey is not only good-looking — he knows to cater to his often-moody expectant wife.
“He has been so wonderful that it’s making me nervous!” Pink told Billy. “He just does all of it. He does stuff I could even do but just don’t like it. He’s wonderful.”
The Grammy Award-winning singer said that the couple’s impending bundle of joy is a dream come true – especially since previously she had once tragically suffered a miscarriage.
“[Carey] is so excited,” Pink told Billy. “He’s wanted to be a dad since – I mean, we’ve been together nine years on and off, and he brought it up two weeks after we met. So, he’s wonderful.
“He’s going to be a really, really cute daddy,” she added.
One thing the spunky pair doesn’t completely see eye-to-eye on is what to name the new addition to their family.
“We’re all over the place,” Pink told Billy. “I’m all about meaning, and Carey feels like he had a girl’s hair cut and a girl’s name, and he doesn’t want kids to have a weird name.
“I have to get him on the boat for originality, so I’m working on him,” she laughed.
Though the couple has yet to decide on a girl’s name, Pink revealed their top choice for a boy: Jameson.
“My dad’s name is James, and my brother’s name is Jason,” she told Billy. “[Carey and I] are both Irish, Carey’s middle name is Jason, [and] Jameson – we like whiskey. That’s a no brainer.”
As for whether the new mom-to-be will indulge in the doctor-approved occasional glass of wine later in her pregnancy, Pink said she was surprised at her current lack of interest in cocktails.
“You know what? I thought I’d be like that – I couldn’t even comprehend someone not wanting wine,” the “Raise Your Glass” singer told Billy. “But honestly, I just don’t. I don’t want anything bad.”
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Pink confirmed her pregnancy on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on November 15.
“I’m eating for two these days,” Pink told Ellen at the time, providing her first confirmation that she is pregnant.

Pink is pregnant with her first child — but that doesn’t mean she plans to slow down her music career.
“As soon as the baby can say ‘Mama,’ I’m going on the road,” the musician, 31, told the Associated Press in a new interview. “We are going to be a traveling family gypsy band with garlands in our hair.”
Pink, who has been touring for two years and is currently promoting a new album, Greatest Hits … So Far!!!, says there’s no chance she’ll settle down at home with her husband, motocross racer Carey Hart.
Being off tour is “completely strange,” she says. “I walk around in circles. I clean a lot, I really don’t know what to do with myself when I’m not on the road.”

Is geography destiny? Pink, the pop diva obsessed with daring to be different, would be wise to think so. In a recent chat with this critic timed to celebrate the release of her career-spanning compilation “Greatest Hits…So Far!” the powerful vocalist and ace acrobat remembered that as a teen fan she dreamed of following in some very singular footsteps.
“I wish!” she said in response to the question, could you have been more like Ani DiFranco? “That’s why my first record (the R&B-influenced “Can’t Take Me Home,” released in 2000) was so hard for me to swallow. Yes, I was the only white girl [growing up] in Philly singing in an all-black gospel church – so I can hang with the best of ‘em. But I also had a punk rock group. I sang opera. I played acoustic guitar with my dad at Vietnam vet benefits. And I loved Madonna. Love Ani DiFranco. PJ Harvey was one of my first records I ever bought.”
Pink’s youth learning hip hop moves from her African American friends in Philadelphia may have primed her to become a part of the same teen-idol class that included Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake, instead of entering the purist world of 1990s indie rock. It was Atlanta, though, that really put her on that path. She moved there while still a kid as part of the short-lived girl group Choice and made her first solo steps under the guidance of the R&B-fusion trailblazer L.A. Reid.
“It was such a great time for Atlanta,” Pink said of that late-1990s period when the city was home to innovators ranging from her own early influence TLC to the Dungeon Family (she remembers Cee Lo Green as one outstanding character from the scene) and the artists on Jermaine Dupri’s So So Def label. “I had a fake ID, I thought my [here she inserts one of the expletives with which she cheerfully peppers her conversation] didn’t stink. It was a fun time.”
What if Pink had decided to head to Olympia, Wash., in the mid-1990s instead of going South? She might have given Kathleen Hanna of Bikini Kill a worthy rival. Or what if she’d taken DiFranco’s independent path? We’ll never know. As fate would have it, she’s a rock star shaped by one of the most eclectic urban music scenes of the post-soul era. Pink’s formative period may have produced her own favorite music, but it laid the groundwork for the wide-ranging sound she has now.
I’ll have more from my chat with Pink, reflecting on more than a decade of adding flourescent color to the mainstream, in an upcoming feature. Be on the lookout for it. Meanwhile, Pink recently announced that she’s expecting a child with husband Carey Hart.

PINK is one of the rowdiest stars in pop – but she’s vowed to try to calm down now she’s expecting. The singer, who is expecting a baby with her on/off fella CAREY HART, admitted she misses a proper punch-up.
Pink said: “A real good fight – it’s been years. And you know what? I miss it, I really miss scrapping. I’ve become quite boring in my old age. I stopped getting in fights, I stopped beating people up.
“I mean, back in the day people could just punch each other, get over it and be friends the next day. Now it’s lawsuits, it’s boring, just boring.”
The star can be a bit lairy – she famously had a dig at BRITNEY SPEARS and PARIS HILTON in her song Stupid Girls, where she slated American airhead singers.
And the feisty singer, one of the biggest female stars of the decade, isn’t promising she’ll stay completely out of trouble in the future.
Speaking from her home in the US, she said: “I don’t know, hopefully I stay out of jail. I’m not really sure.”
The ex-gymnast, whose Greatest Hits are out now, is due to give birth in the spring. Talking for the first time about being up the duff, she said: “We wanted to wait and not talk about it for a while. But the world started talking about it last week so our parents had to hear it through the radio.
“I’m pretty disciplined, when it’s time to play I play, when it’s time to work I work, and when it’s time to be careful I’ll be careful.”
And even though her Stella days have been put on hold, she’s allowing herself the odd Guinness.
She said: “It’s good for you. There’s a whole manual that’s six foot deep filled with things you can’t do.
“No drinking, no eating this… In Ireland I saw a nine-months pregnant woman with a martini in her hand. Or you go to Italy and there’s a nine-months pregnant woman with a big old rack of wine in her hand.”

There’s no one better than our own Ryan Seacrest at bringing former rivals together to make nice, which is just what he did this morning when his back-to-back interviews with Christina Aguilera and Pink had some oh-so-entertaining cross-talk.
After a slightly awkward offer of niceties, the two stars settled into a discussion on motherhood, a topic that seemingly would bring about nothing but the most pleasant of exchanges, right?
Well, kind of.
Listen to the interview
“Congratulations, I just heard,” Christina told Pink of her pregnancy announcement. “I heard the amazing news. I’m so happy for you.”
Aguilera was even happier to hear that Pink isn’t experiencing any of the dreaded side effects of her ecstatic state.(Morning sickness clearly knows better than to mess with the pop star…not that that’s such a good thing in her eyes.)
“No, unfortunately I feel like if I had morning sickness, I would’ve lost some weight,” she joked. “I’ve kept everything down.”
And then the ribbing began.
“The doctor thinks it might be a girl, which is terrifying. I know me, and I know how I was, and I don’t want to do that,” Pink explained.
“She’s gonna kick your ass,” Christina noted, at which point our fearless Seacrest decided to wade back in to the all-fun banter.
“You two are the most fun moms in the world.”
“We have to have play dates,” Aguilera suggested
“Hahaha, yeah,” Pink responded, albeit not as genuinely as Aguilera might have hoped.
“Pink’s like, ‘hahaha no,’ ” she said, leading Pink to explain her hesitation by saying she didn’t want their kids’ jungle gym tussles to turn into their tussles.
“What if you’re kid punches my kid, then what happens?”
Nothing we’d want to be a part of.
Pink’s interview eventually turned solo, but the baby talk continued on.
“The press kind of beat us to it. We wanted to be the first to tell our parents,” she said of her leaked baby news, albeit noting that it was her drummer, not Jillian Reynolds, who really blew the whistle on the whole thing.
As for her hubby and soon-to-be baby daddy, Carey Hart, Pink said that she always knew he’d be the father of her children…mostly because he informed her of that fact quite early on in their relationship.
“Two weeks after I met him,” she said. “He actually told me that. We were sitting at—where were we?—Macaroni Grill. We were going super romantic. He was like, ‘So, want to have kids?’
“Yesterday we just celebrated our nine-year anniversary. I went to rehearsals and he went to ride his motorcycle.”
And that, kids, is apparently the secret to a good marriage.
