The willow is my favorite tree, it’s the most flexible tree in nature. It can bend and withstand anything. i love that sentiment. I want for her. Sage is cleansing and sacred. Pink was relaxing in Malibu ahead of Christmas Eve, preparing for her daughter Willow Sage’s first big holiday Friday. She and hubby Carey Hart took the tyke to lunch at the Malibu Country Mart the same day it was revealed the singer did a SUPER good deed …

After reading about a dog that was tossed from an overpass in LA and left for dead, Pink picked up the phone and called Ace of Hearts animal rescue shelter and donated the $5000 necessary for the dog’s surgery to repair his three broken legs.

The dog has since been adopted, in no small part because of the attention Pink brought to the doggie’s cause. That’s the holiday spirit!

Pop star Pink and a host of celebrity pals including Kelly Slater and Pierce Brosnan enjoyed a pre-Christmas meal and singalong at a Malibu restaurant.  The singer turned up at Savory, near Point Dume, on Christmas Eve with a gang of friends and treated staff to renditions of ‘Rudolf the Red Nose Reindeer’ and ‘Jingle Bells.’ One onlooker said that Pink had a margarita pizza and also ordered another one for her husband. The source said: ‘Pink showed up with Pierce Brosnan and Kelly Slater and her mom. They were having a great time and started carol singing. The chef, Paul Shoemaker, gave them all food on the house.’

Unfortunately it didn’t look like Pink was too pleased to share her adorable morning stroll with the paparazzi. She flashed us her own holiday bird, which we’re sorta getting used to lately.

On a kinder note, right before Christmas Pink made headlines for paying to save a puppy that had been tossed in the L.A. river. The pup had three broken legs. When Pink heard about his plight, she called a rescue organization and offered to foot the $5,000 bill to save his life.

Pink was spotted going for some breakfast and shopping with her husband Carey Hart and daughter Willow in Malibu on Monday (December 26).

While mom and dad kept it cash, 6-month-old Willow was dressed to the nines wearing pearls and a fascinator.

The pop star mom must have been feeling generous this Christmas as she reportedly gave $5000 to save an abandoned puppy that was thrown off an overpass in L.A. last week.

According to reports, he poor pup had been thrown from an overpass into a river and in turn suffered three broken legs. Pink paid for the dog’s life-saving operation.

Pink flew off the handle on Twitter later when TMZ sleazebag Harvey Levin questioned her actions, tweeting: “I think @Pink did great by saving a dog. But there’s a debate. Spend 5k on 1 dog that’s really sick or use $$$ to rescue 10 dogs w/ food, etc.”

Pink was less than pleased with Levin’s remark and she responded by tweeting, “I do both actually. At least I don’t spend my money employing criminals to go+harass people. Maybe you should save something?”

Levin then tweeted a reply, commending the singer’s good deed and trying to clarify his point, “You missed my point¦Both are noble, but what does (animal charity) Ace of Hearts do with limited resources? 1 or 10???¦Let me say againI think what @Pink did is amazing. The Q I was asking is about the dilemma of rescue Orgs¦which animals to actually save …@Pink I did not mean to offend you. I think what you did is truly great.”

Pink did not respond.
