Pink has been busy getting the exercise party started.

The new mom enjoyed the fresh outdoors on Sunday when she swung by and participated in a ball game in Malibu, Calif.

Sporting a pair of sweatpants and a Malibu Swingers team T-shirt, the “F–kin’ Perfect” singer grabbed a mitt and a mask to take her place behind home plate.

And given the smile on her face, it looks like working out this time around was a lot easier than her previous attempt.

“Just tried 2do yoga class w/ a 6 wk old,” Pink tweeted last week. “Even dressed her [daughter Willow] in a buddha onesie thinking it’d keep her calm. wrong. so wrong.”

Pink has taken up a new hobby – knitting.

The singer is currently taking some time out from her music career to care for her eight-week-old daughter Willow Sage – her first child with husband Carey Hart – and has been taught by one of her friends how to make her own clothes with wool.

Pink wrote on her twitter page: “My friend @KerriKenney taught me how to knit this past week. this scarf i’m working on is so good i may just slap her with it. on her face. (sic)”

The ‘So What’ hitmaker has been enjoying every aspect of motherhood so far, although she admits parenthood has had a negative effect on her time-keeping.

In another tweet, she said: “I haven’t been on time in 6 weeks.”

Earlier this month, Pink revealed she and Carey had named their daughter after an “unbreakable” tree because they liked the meaning behind the moniker.

The 31-year-old pop star said: “It is the most flexible tree and nothing can break it – no wind, no elements. It can bend and withstand anything. I love that sentiment and I want that for her.

“Sage is cleansing and sacred and it sounds great with Willow. It doesn’t hurt that her last name is Hart – flexible, cleansed heart.” – Bang Showbiz

She may be a new parent, but a soccer mom she is not.

Looking fashionable in a red maxi dress, black fedora and freshly painted nails,Pink put the style in parenting style as she dropped by a Starbucks in Malibu on Saturday (July 30) to pick up an icy cool beverage.

As for hubby Carey Hart‘s whereabouts? He was busy participating in the Moto X Speed & Style finals during X Games 17. Carey lost the bronze medal Ronnie Faisst. Despite the defeat, Pink tweeted: ” Willow and me, we thinks [sic] youre #1!!!!!”

She later added: “Holy sh*t! My baby almost left with the gold! Good race. Good sh*t. So proud. And I didn’t even pass out. Close though. Good job baby!!!”

The praise didn’t end there. Pink capped off her series of tweets with: “Carey Hart is my hero.”

Meanwhile, on Tuesday, the F**kin’ Perfect singer tweeted of her daughter,: “Such a purrrfect day! Just me and my girl. We’re totally BFFs already.”

In the weeks after Willow’s birth, Pink gushed about the impact her daughter had on her lifestyle. “My life was once whiskey, tears and cigarettes,” she tweeted. “Now it’s snot tears and the color of poop. I do miss the whiskey, though!”

Making for an extra-special Fourth of July holiday, Pink and husband Carey Hart took their baby Willow Sage out to the Independence Day parade in Malibu, CA earlier today.

The “Raise Your Glass” singer and her motorcross racing man got into the swing of celebrations, happily smiling and waving at neighbors and tourists as they took part in the celebratory procession.

Tweeting throughout the festivities, Pink wrote of her and her daughter’s spot-on attire, “Willow and I are on point today as far as mixing fashion and patriotism. it’s on.”

The 31-year-old also tweeted a Fourth of July related message to her many followers, writing, “my definition of freedom is knowing who you are, and then being it, no matter what any one else is doing. and naked dance parties, of course”
